When Does Saas Come In?
Being a student myself I often witness fellow (skint) students asking "when does SAAS come in?" when referring to the date that their student loan is due to be paid in.
I worked collaboratively with fellow student and web developer Chris Pollock where he was in charge of the front end and design of the website whilst I was in charge of the logic and underlying software.
A fully responsive mobile first design is employed to ensure that the timer displays well across all devices and a simple and clean design is used.
The timer consists of a JavaScript implementation using basic logic as well as Date constructs making this a fully client-side application.
This project was merely carried out as a small exercise which we plan to use for experimentation with marketing techniques as well as SEO.
